Discovery produced an April 10, 2025 order compelling a limited deposition of Mark Zuckerberg, and Magistrate Judge DeMarchi rejected Meta's reconsideration bid on May 14, 2025. Plaintiffs' motion for class certification was filed September 30, 2025 and remains pending.
