The concern, the jurisdictions involved, roughly how many people are affected, and where the matter stands today.
2. Confirm the consent position
Who has agreed to what, and in whose words. A matter moves no further until that is clear on the record.
3. Review together
The material is organized into a case file. You keep visibility of its review status while it is evaluated.
What we ask for

Consent, in writing
Referred individuals must have agreed to have their information shared for this purpose, in language they were actually shown.
Accurate framing
No projected recoveries, no claimed outcomes, and no characterization of a matter as decided when it is not.
Professional-responsibility fit
Participation and any referral arrangement are governed by the rules of the relevant jurisdiction and by the agreement between the parties.
