For legal professionals

Evidence-led intake. Clearer case signals.

ClassActionLawsuit.ai is a moderated consumer record, not a lead broker. Reports are collected with consent, reviewed by a person, and organized so that a legal team can evaluate them on their merits — or decline them quickly.

The workflow

What happens between a report and a review.

A report is moderated before it appears anywhere. Similar accounts are grouped so the shape of an issue is visible. Where a person has consented to private review, the material is organized into a case file that a legal team can open.

Nothing in this workflow establishes that conduct was unlawful, that a class exists, or that any person is eligible for anything. Those are questions for counsel.

From report to review

A consumer report is moderated, connected with similar experiences, and organized into a private review-ready case file.

What a record carries

Enough context to judge a matter, and to decline one.

  • Provenance

Where each report came from, when it was submitted, and what has been edited or redacted since.

  • Recorded consent

What the person agreed to, in the words they were shown, with a timestamp against the version they saw.

  • Organized evidence

Attachments kept with the report they belong to, rather than arriving as a loose email thread.

  • Related-experience signal

Reports grouped by the concern they describe, so a pattern is visible without reading every file.

  • Moderation history

What a human reviewer changed before publication, and why, published as a standard rather than a promise.

  • Review status

A workflow state — received, in moderation, ready for evaluation. Never a conclusion about a legal claim.

Built for the people reviewing the signal

A clearer path for responsible legal collaboration.

  • Refer a matter

For referring attorneys, advocates and legal partners: submit a matter through a transparent, consent-based intake pathway and follow its review status.
