Reporting an issue is free. There is never a charge to a consumer for submitting a report, for having it reviewed, or for being contacted about it.
For consumers
Free. You are never billed by this site. If a law firm takes a matter and later recovers money, the firm's fee arrangement is set out in the written agreement you sign with that firm — not here.
For law firms
Firms pay for organized case files and platform access on a fixed-fee basis. Fees are not a share of any recovery and do not vary with the amount recovered in any case. See For legal professionals.
