If something published here is wrong, identifies you, or should not be public, tell us and we will review it.

What to include

• The exact page address.
• The specific text or record at issue — quote it.
• What is wrong with it, or why it should be removed.
• How we can reach you about the outcome.

If a report identifies you

Tell us which report and what identifies you. Material identifying a private individual is removed while we review, not after.

If you are the company named

Send the correction and the basis for it. We publish consumer allegations as allegations; if a factual statement about your business is inaccurate, we will correct or remove it. We do not remove a report solely because it is unfavourable.
